MANFRED ZARNETZKI HAS A TRACK RECORD OF MORE THAN 25 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF COMPANIES.

Following his studies in industrial management, empirical research and organizational psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, his international career has taken him to well-known companies, from the family-run German Mittelstand to international listed corporations with German and American backgrounds.

Manfred took over tasks in corporate management, financing, controlling, M&A, restructuring and integration projects up to the management of operative units in Germany and abroad.

His successes in situations that can be described as “messy”, “complicated”, or “dead-end” and where conventional approaches did not lead to the desired goal, as well as the desire to learn more about people – centered approaches in change situations have led him to expand his personal wealth of experience with an Executive MBA for Coaching and Consulting in Change (EMC, INSEAD, Fontainebleau).

The conviction that desired changes in individuals, groups and organizations can only be permanently established through involving these very people in the change process led him to found “iuvare”.

A typical “iuvare project” thus incorporates equal parts of a sound business background and knowledge of psychodynamic processes into the solution finding process. This enables comprehensive, best possible support “on the next level”.
